Uniform Information

LARKSPUR PRIMARY SCHOOL UNIFORM

 

Larkspur Community Primary School children wear a school uniform consisting of:

  • White polo shirt
  • Royal Blue sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan
  • Grey trousers or skirt
  • Girls may also wear a blue check summer dress
  • Sensible black flat school shoes, not trainers

 

All of these items can be bought at reasonable prices from supermarkets.

 

Badged uniform

It is not essential for uniform to include the school badge, but if you would like to purchase sweatshirts, cardigans or polo shirts embroidered with the school badge it is available from Logos Unlimited at the Team Valley 322d Mayoral Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RT Phone: 0191 487 9240 which is open 9am - 4.30pm Monday – Friday. This is 5 minutes’ walk from the main Team Valley retail shops.

OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS

 

  • Children should have a warm waterproof coat ideally with a hood everyday
  • Bookbag or school bag
  • Plimsoles or training shoes in school everyday for PE, mile run and other physical activities (PE kits are provided and remain in school)
  • Clear water bottle that does not contain juice
  • A hat and gloves for the winter months
  • Sun cream for the summer months

 

Bookbags

Bookbags are recommended for children to transport their reading book, homework and school letters. These are available from the school office priced at £4.50.

 

Water bottles

Children should bring a clear water bottle to school every day. Children should not bring juice. Water bottles can be purchased from the school office for £1.

 

PE Kits

PE shorts and t-shirts are provided free of charge for each child and remain at school. Children will also be provided with a school tracksuit when representing the school at events and tournaments.

 

Children should ensure they have a pair or trainers or plimsoles in school every day for PE, mile run and other physical activities.
