Our focus within PSHE is developing attention, personal care, play & leisure and wellbeing.
Maple classroom is a nurturing and calm environment where the wellbeing of our pupils is at the forefront of what we do. We love to start our day with a group 'welcome' time where we greet everyone in circle time.
Lots of our learning is through play and we encourage shared activities to build relationships.
Workstations are clearly identified with visual aids and are used in 'now & next' choices to ease the transition through different tasks.
