16.12.2020 Our Christmas party 


The children had lots of fun at their Christmas party, they enjoyed playing party games, dancing and enjoyed their party snacks. 

10.12.2020 Geography walk.


Today we went on a walk around our local area, as part of our Geography topic, the children enjoyed the outdoor learning. On return to school we talked about the place of interest we had seen and the children completed a local map and a drawing of the house that they live in.

23.11.2020 Rainbow day.


To celebrate our achievements and success. 



The children came to school wearing odd socks to support anti-bullying, by wearing odd socks it showed that we are all unique on the first day of Anti-Bullying Week.


We watched TV star Andy Day and his band Andy and the Odd Socks charity single and we took part in a virtual assembly hosted by Mrs Liddle streamed from her office. we spent some time talking about what a bully is, what we should do and how to be kind to others.





The children have been learning about why we wear a poppy and have designed their own remembrance wreath which is displayed in our classroom. The children took part in the silence at 11 o'clock.  



All of the children received a book donation from Kirstie at Borderline books 





This week the children have been ordering numbers from the greatest to the smallest the children have started to look at Ordinal numbers.



This week the children have been using there CVC sounds to write words in coloured sand
