English

In English we will be looking at:

• Spelling, grammar and punctuation work
• Story settings
• Instructional writing

Maths

In maths we will be learning about:

• place value
• addition and subtraction
• statistics
• multiplication and division
• perimeter and area
• times table revision
• mathematical problem solving and reasoning

Science

In science we will be learning about:

• Forces
• Earth and space

Physical Education

In PE we will be developing our skills in:

• netball
• dance

Computing

In computing we will be:

• Creating a spreadsheet to support with budgeting.

History

In history we will be learning about Vikings vs Anglo Saxons.

Geography

In geography we will be learning about the United Kingdom. 

Art

In art we will be looking at creating cityscapes and viking art. 

D+T

In design and technology we will be learning about bread and will be making our own bread. 

Music

In our music lessons we will be learning to play the guitar. We will also be composing our own music. 

RE

In RE we will be learning about the following themes:

• Belief into action
• Prayer and worship
• Christmas

MFL

In modern foreign languages we will be learning Italian.
