Working collaboratively allows students to tackle more complicated and more conceptually difficult Problems. Carefully managed, collaborative learning can be a powerful tool for both the pupils and the teacher. 

 

 

 

Birch class were working in partners.  They were using base ten to partition three-digit numbers.
