STEM -Water Cycle
Stem Challenge - The Water Cycle
The children did this fantastic challenge. Focusing on evaporation and condensation, the aims to develop investigative skills and contain ideas for investigations. They found the key vocabulary and background knowledge including common misconceptions. Investigations included the evaporation rate of different liquids, factors which affect evaporation, observing condensation as part of the water cycle and evaporation from plants and the water cycle.

Sewerage Works
Our end of topic school visit was to the Sewerage Works. This was a fantastic experience! We found out how water was cleaned and how long the process takes.
We also found out how smelly it was there!
