Edible Garden
We are helping the staff to find a warm, healthy alternative to their summer lunches. We decided to make a nice healthy soup.
We started by doing some taste testing.
Some were yummy some not so much 
Our next task was to learn how to cut the vegetables for our soup. We tried three different ways, the bridge, the claw and the fork secure.
Our topic this half is 'Sensational Salads'
We created our own salad bar in class. This was a fantastic way to taste lots of new foods.
