Dear Parent / Carer,
Your child has been selected to participate in a Tag Rugby Festival at Kingston Park on Friday 22nd June 2018.
We will travel to Kingston Park by coach leaving school at 9.00am and will return to school at 1.00pm.
As the children are out of school over lunch time a packed lunch is required. Children entitled to free school meals can be provided with a packed lunch from school free of charge but must bring their own drink. Please indicate below if your child would like a school packed lunch.
The children will need their P.E. kit, trainers and water bottle.
We are required by Health and Safety to inform you of the risks of the sport your child is participating in to ensure you consent to the risks involved.
Common injuries in Rugby include strains / sprains, bruising, dislocations, fractures and concussion.
Can you please complete the attached reply slip and return it to school as soon as possible.
