School Council
The School Council 2023-24
This year we are working on a number of projects highlighted in our first council meeting.
•Upgrading areas outside classrooms to celebrate children’s work and brighten dark areas.
•Set up Book Worms in every year group.
•Encourage Reading for Pleasure with improved libraries and higher attendance to The Larkspur Cafe
•Wider range of clubs after school
•Activities to take part in during lunchtime both indoors and outdoors. 
Hello we are Larkspur School Council. This year we are working on creating a wildlife garden and trying to make our school more Eco Friendly.
We have many ideas for a wildlife gardens like bird houses, ladybird houses, larkspur flowers and butterfly and bee flowers to attract them to our wildlife garden.
Many members of the school council have been asking the KS1 pupils what they would like to see in their playground we have had many suggestions for what they want to play with. We have had bat and ball, football pitch, swimming pool, a zip wire and a set of swings. Most of these things are extremely expensive so they may just have to think of more appropriate ideas.
