Cognition & Application
In Maple class, we have access to a range of learning opportunities to assist our development with 'Cognition & Application'.
This area of our curriculum covers maths, practical problem solving, life skills and following instructions.
Lots of our learning is through play and sensory play to encourage enjoyment and engagement.
Maths activities can range from worksheets to 'hands on' practical games and problem solving.
PIZZA TIME!
We had an amazing time making our own pizzas. We followed step by step visual instructions and selected our own toppings. It felt great to do this activity as a small group and we really enjoyed our tasty treats.
