After School Clubs
This term’s school ran after school clubs are all full. There are spaces on the the Larkspur House Clubs:

If you wish to book your child to attend the Larkspur House Clubs, please let me know. Parents requiring childcare club due to work commitments, whose child/children are not already attending can contact me by phone or email to arrange provision when required.
Flu Vaccine
Remember to register for the Flu Vaccination using this form if you have not already done so https://www.northumbriaimmunisations.co.uk/Forms/Flu. You will need to enter the Larkspur Primary school code which is NB108330. You can select a gelatine free option which will be delivered in a separate clinic. If you do not wish you child to have the vaccine and do not want the NHS to continue to contact you about it please complete the form to say you do not wish your child to have it.

New communication system
We will be implementing a new communication system later this term with the aim of providing a much better and reliable communication experience for parents and carers. The new systems will also handle online payments for dinner money and has lots of other additional benefits. We will contact you again in due course with more information. In the meantime we will continue to send emails and text messages, as well as letters, and share information on Facebook. Our school App has now been switched off as it reached the end of its contract.
PARENT UPDATE 27th OCTOBER 2023
Reopening the school yard to parents for drop off/pick up times
From Monday 6th November we would like to welcome parents back into the school yard when dropping off and collecting their children. Gates will continue to be open on a morning from 8.35am until 8.45am and at home time from 3.05 until 3.20pm.
After School Clubs
Next Half Term’s after school clubs are start the first week back and run until Friday 15th December 3.15pm until 4.15pm. Places for school clubs were allocated on a first come first served basis. Parents/carers of children who have been given a place will be sent a confirmation by text message. Children have brought home letters today for the Larkspur House Clubs to return on Monday 6th November.

Return to school
This year some schools have different October half term weeks. Larkspur closes for half term at the end of Friday 27th October and reopens on Monday 6th November.
