PARENTS’ EVENING APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM
There will be the opportunity on Monday 5th February to discuss the academic and social progress being made by your child(ren) with his / her class teacher.
The evening will follow the format outlined below:
Parent/teacher discussions will take place in your child(ren)’s classroom.
Parents can view their child(ren)’s work at leisure.
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the evening.
As with other parents’ evenings, time slots are limited to 5 minutes. If you feel that you require more time, please make further arrangements with the class teacher.
Please tick as many time slots as possible and we will try to allocate a suitable time. Liaison will take place with regard to siblings’ and we hope to allocate appointment times close together.
Please return the form sent home with your child(ren) by Monday 22nd January in order that appointments can be arranged and notified.
