Grade of Post: E SCP8 –SCP11

Hours of Post: 37 hours- flexible to be discussed

Contract Weeks: 52 Time

 

Are you a dynamic, passionate and hardworking individual looking to make a difference? Larkspur Community Primary School is seeking a Site Manager to join our friendly team from the end of September.

 

As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining clean, safe and secure school premises, including buildings and grounds
  • Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, refurbishment, porterage and handyperson tasks
  • Promoting and ensuring health and safety throughout the school
  • Supervising external contractors and managing site use
  • Carrying out and recording regular health and safety checks (e.g. legionella, play equipment, safety equipment)
  • Completing all required statutory paperwork

 

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Work flexibly as part of our team, supporting the school’s journey of improvement
  • Act as a positive role model for our children, with a can-do attitude
  • Ideally have previous experience of working in a school setting
